Starting from 9 June 2025, wearing an identification wristband is mandatory when using the swimming pools and garden areas within the community.
Wristbands can be collected from the security office upon presentation of a valid ID or with authorization from the apartment owner.
Security personnel will ask anyone not wearing a wristband to leave the pool and garden areas.
Apartment owners with outstanding community debts must first settle their balance. Once the debt has been paid, the wristband can be collected from the administration office.
