All guests are welcome, provided that they respect the residents, the community, and its facilities. Our aim is to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for property owners, their families, friends, and all guests visiting or renting apartments within La Entrada.
Please take a moment to read the following guidelines. They apply to everyone staying within La Entrada, whether you are an owner, a family member, a guest, or a holiday rental tenant.
The safety of residents and visitors is supported by the community management team and a 24-hour security service that regularly patrols the development for the benefit and security of residents, owners, and guests.
1. Respect Your Neighbours and Keep Noise to a Minimum
On the day of arrival, particularly during the evening and late-night hours, please keep noise to a minimum. The same applies when departing early in the morning.
We understand that many guests come to La Entrada to relax and enjoy their holiday. However, please remember that other residents and visitors are also here to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. In cases of excessive noise, nuisance, or inappropriate behaviour, security may be asked to intervene.
2. Familiarise Yourself with the Community Regulations

3. Use of Pools, Gardens and Wristbands
The swimming pools and surrounding garden areas may only be used by persons wearing a valid pool wristband.
If a wristband is lost, a replacement fee of €50 will apply.
4. Help Keep the Community Clean and Tidy
Please do not leave rubbish, bags, or waste in corridors, stairwells, or garden areas.
Refuse containers are located on the main road near the Security Office.
5. Drying Laundry and Towels
Towels, clothing, and laundry must not be hung over terrace walls, railings, or any external parts of the property.
Please use the clothes drying rack provided in your apartment.
6. Parking
If you have a vehicle, please park considerately and avoid causing inconvenience to other residents and visitors.
If your apartment includes access to a garage parking space, please ensure that you use only the space allocated to that apartment. The owner should have informed you of the correct parking space number, which is clearly marked within the garage.
7. Children
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly when using the swimming pools.
8. Responsibility for Damage
Any damage caused to community property by residents, guests, or children under their supervision may result in the responsible party being charged for repairs or restoration.
9. Bicycles
Bicycles must not be stored in corridors or stairwells.
For safety reasons, cycling within the community gardens is not permitted.
10. Security and Assistance
If you suffer an injury, lose personal property, experience difficulty accessing your apartment, or require assistance for any other reason, please contact security.

11. Babies and Young Children in the Pool
Babies and young children using the swimming pools must wear appropriate swim nappies or suitable swimwear designed to prevent contamination of the water.
If a pool has to be closed and cleaned due to failure to comply with this requirement, the responsible person may be charged the full cost of cleaning and restoring the pool to service.
12. Pets
Dogs must remain on a lead at all times within the community.
Pets are not permitted in the pool areas or community gardens.
Pets should be walked on a lead outside the boundaries of the development.
Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
13. Keys and Access to Your Apartment
When leaving your apartment, please ensure that you have your keys with you.
Locking yourself out may require the services of a locksmith. The cost of a locksmith typically starts from around €50 and may be higher depending on the work required and the time of day.
14. Mutual Respect and Common Sense
Most of the above guidelines are based on common sense and mutual respect. They are simply a reminder of the principles that help everyone enjoy La Entrada in a friendly, peaceful, and comfortable environment.
