In recent days, the gardening team carried out grass reseeding works in the areas surrounding buildings where painting works have already been completed.
During the façade painting project, lifting platforms and maintenance equipment were used in close proximity to the green areas. In some locations, this resulted in damage to or deterioration of the existing lawns.
As part of the restoration works, new grass seed has been sown in the affected areas to help restore the appearance of the gardens and ensure healthy and uniform lawn coverage.
Residents and visitors are kindly asked to avoid walking on the newly seeded areas to allow the grass to establish properly.
