§1. General Provisions

Pool wristbands are used to identify persons authorized to use the swimming pools and green areas of the La Entrada Community.

Wristbands must be worn visibly at all times while staying in the green areas and pool zone.

Failure to wear a visible wristband may result in refusal of entry or being required to leave the pool area and common areas.

§2. Number of Wristbands Issued

Each apartment is entitled to a maximum of 6 pool wristbands.

The first 6 wristbands are issued free of charge.

No more than 6 wristbands will ever be issued for one apartment.

§3. Loss of Wristbands

In the event of loss, damage, or misplacement, the cost of issuing a new wristband is EUR 50 per wristband.

Apartment owners are obliged to inform their guests about responsibility for the wristbands and the costs associated with losing them.

The replacement fee is intended to reduce cases of lost wristbands or guests keeping wristbands after the end of their stay.

§4. Validity of Wristbands

Wristbands are issued for a given calendar year or season during which the wristband program is in force.

Wristbands from the previous year become invalid once new wristbands for the following year or season are introduced.

Use of the swimming pools and green areas is permitted only with currently valid wristbands.

§5. Conditions for Collecting Wristbands

A condition for collecting wristbands is the absence of any outstanding debts toward the Community, including unpaid community fees.

Wristbands are issued only to authorized persons upon presentation of a valid identity document:

  • DNI,
  • NIE,
  • passport.

§6. Ownership and Rules of Use of Wristbands

Wristbands remain the property of the La Entrada Community of Property Owners and are assigned to a specific apartment.

Wristbands may be used only by apartment owners, persons residing in the apartment, and their guests authorized to use the common areas.

It is prohibited to:

  • transfer wristbands to unauthorized persons,
  • lend wristbands to owners or users of other apartments who are not entitled to receive wristbands, particularly due to debts owed to the Community,
  • resell or otherwise misuse wristbands.

Owners of apartments rented to tourists or short-term guests are obliged to inform all apartment users about:

  • the obligation to wear wristbands visibly while using the green areas and swimming pools,
  • the rules for using the wristbands,
  • the costs associated with losing a wristband.

In the event of a violation of the wristband rules, security personnel have the right to:

  • refuse entry to the pool zone and green areas,
  • order individuals to leave the common areas,
  • confiscate a wristband used contrary to the regulations.

§7. Collection of Wristbands by Third Parties

If the apartment owner does not collect the wristbands personally, the person acting on their behalf must present:

  • a signed authorization,
  • a copy of the owner’s identity document,
    or
  • prior authorization sent from the owner’s email address registered in the administration database.

In the absence of the required documents, the wristbands will not be issued.

§8. Apartments with Multiple Owners

In the case of apartments with multiple owners, the person collecting the wristbands must appear in the Inmho administration database as a co-owner or authorized person.

Otherwise, presentation of the documents specified in §7 of these regulations is required.

§9. Apartments Owned by Companies

In the case of apartments owned by companies or other legal entities, documents confirming authorization to collect wristbands must be presented, such as:

  • power of attorney,
  • authorization bearing the company stamp,
  • company letterhead,
  • business card.

The documents must contain the details of the person collecting the wristbands, including first name, surname, and DNI / NIE / passport number.

§10. Place and Hours of Wristband Distribution

Wristbands are issued by security staff.

Collection point: Security Office.

§11. Final Provisions

Use of the common areas constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

The Community reserves the right for security personnel to check wristbands at any time.

These regulations enter into force from the date of commencement of the wristband program applicable for a given year or season.
