We would like to inform you that the community has a pest control contract with ATHISA, which carries out regular treatments against cockroaches, rats, and ants in the common areas of the residential complex.
In addition, a request has been submitted to the Torrevieja Town Hall to carry out pest control treatments and fumigation of the sewer covers and drainage systems located in the streets surrounding the community.
We would also like to remind all residents of the importance of keeping their properties properly protected and taking preventive measures, such as installing mosquito screens on windows and keeping drains closed when not in use. When pest control treatments are carried out outside residential buildings, it is common for cockroaches to seek refuge in untreated areas that are easily accessible and free from pesticides.
For this reason, we kindly ask for the cooperation of all residents in preventing the appearance and spread of pests within the community.
