As you are aware the community at the EGM last year democratically agreed to proceed with painting and repairs to the buildings in the urbanisation and this is progressing well.
We understand that you may not be in agreement with this decision. However as a community we all have a legal responsibility to maintain the urbanisation and the only fair way we can make these decisions is democratically which is how living in an urbanisation works in Spain.
We contacted all residents last year following the EGM to advise on the extraordinary payment and to contact INMHO admin to arrange payment via a number of methods offered. We gave a deadline of September 2024 which we extended until Dec 2024.
Please could you respond to this email or call IMHO admin on the number below urgently to discuss this matter, we will do everything we can to help as we understand for some residents this is a significant amount of money.

Please also be advised until a payment agreement has been put in place you are now a debtor and as such cannot use any shared facilities in the urbanisation. Security will also not assist or respond to you.
